Springfield YMCA Refund Policy

If a class is canceled, a full refund or credit voucher will be issued.

Participants who miss class due to a documented illness will be given a credit voucher or refund.  It is the responsibility of the participant to complete a missed class form.

Classes missed due to vaction, holidays, or family schedule confilicts are not eligible for a credit or refund once the session has started.
