The Springfield YMCA is the place to learn fencing. We offer fencing classes for ages 10+ each program session. Learn the basics including how to salute, advance, retreat and more. Fencing is fun and a great workout! You and/or your kids will have the benefit of a cardio workout, and improved mental focus, balance, stamina and endurance. Our experienced instructor will provide the gear, you just need to wear comfortable clothing and close-toes shoes. We have both a beginner and intermediate class offered each session.
