The YMCA’s Lose Big weight loss challenge has seen amazing results over the past ten years! Over 1,000 pounds were lost and hundreds of individuals have successfully transformed their bodies while having fun! Each participant has a coach and is placed on a team to help hold them accountable.

The Total Body Transformation (TBT) program is designed to change you from the inside out through nutrition and a strategic exercise plan. Each participant receives a comprehensive training and diet program tailored to their needs. Workouts are intense and include weight lifting and HIIT workouts.

Cultivate a New You is a wellness course that will guide you into a path of wellness where you create positive changes inside and out. In this program you will strengthen your mind, body, and soul. As you grow in each of these areas, you will cultivate long-term habits resulting in a balanced life.


The MyzoneTM Belt enhances your workout by helping you maximize your fitness potential. This technology syncs with most Bluetooth devices and will project on a large screen during group exercise classes. The free Myzone app will give your history and details of your workouts, as well as provide Myzone Heart Rate Match workouts.
