YMCA of Springfield Bank Draft Agreement - Please check the "I Understand" box after reading each section.
A bank draft membership is a continuous contract that is automatically renewed on an ongoing basis. The YMCA reserves the right to make any necessary rate adjustments at any given time. If this should occur, the YMCA will issue 30 days advance notification.
The withdrawal date is determined by my join date and the 5th or 20th of each month will be selected and indicated on the front of this card. A draft date will
be chosen for me.
To cancel my bank draft, I must stop by the YMCA to complete a written cancellation notice at least two weeks prior to my draft date to cancel that month’s draft. The joiner fee is forfeited and payable to restart in the future. I must also submit all membership cards when canceling. Directly calling my bank will not cancel the monthly draft. The bank draft payment plan can only be stopped and restarted once.
The YMCA reserves the right to cancel my membership if: two months of non-sufficient funds, a stop payment or closing of the account should occur. All
bank draft returns will have a service charge applied to the final balance.
