We offer several adult sports, teams, and leagues.

Volleyball Open Gym

Join us every Sunday at the Downtown Y from 3-5 PM for volleyball open gym. Open gym is FREE to YMCA members and $3 for public, so drop-ins welcome! Must be 16 years or older to participate. Questions about Volleyball open gym email Matt Eck at

Racquetball League

Racquetball League Adult racquetball leagues provide the opportunity to play at the level you’re comfortable. We have three divisions: Advanced (A), Intermediate (B) and Beginner (C). Racquetball courts are at the Downtown Branch. Based on Participant Schedules.

Recreational Racquetball

One-hour reservations are made one week in advance, via our YMCA APP. Recreational racquetball is for ages 13 and up at the Downtown branch.



Pickleball is a paddle sport that is fun and easy to play! It is a sport that combines tennis, badminton, and ping pong. The YMCA offers indoor pickleball at both locations. Pickleball is played Monday through Saturday. Downtown has 3 courts available and Kerasotes has 2.

Join us in the badminton club, offered 2 days a week at Kerasotes. Register for the entire session or come drop in! Games can be from competitive to beginner! It is a great game social game to keep you healthy and enhance your skills! Sunday mornings from 8am-10am, 3 courts are available. Wednesdays evenings from 5pm-7pm, 1 court is available.

Adult Karate

Adult karate is for students 13 years old and up (or at the discretion of the instructors) begin or continue their karate journeys. This class incorporates blocks, kicks, and throws, punches, advanced techniques, combat, and self-defense techniques. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-8:00 PM.

Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art. The techniques blend several ancient self-defense systems into a single dynamic one. Extensive kicking and footwork patterns characterize this Olympic sport! Our program stresses self-esteem, self-discipline, physical fitness, balance, flexibility and concentration. Families may receive multiple participant discounts.
