Family Events Calendar
We are excited to introduce our monthly calendar of events for families! All events are available at no cost for those with a family membership. We are offering fun ways for your family to get moving, be creative and spend time together - join us for Creation Station, Family Yoga Classes, Bounce House Bonanza and much more! Online reservations are required, and all events (except the Youth Fitness class) require families to participate together. Email Dana at DKuhn@SpringfieldYMCA.org with any inquiries or questions!

Youth Events & Programs
The Kids Triathlon is all about building the “WOW” factor inside every kid…. whoever they are and wherever they are from. During the YMCA Kids Triathlon, we inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active. The YMCA’s national initiative to improve families’ health and well-being, features a Kids Triathlon to motivate and teach families how to develop healthy routines at home. The 2022 Kids Triathlon will be celebrated on Saturday, June 4 at the Kerasotes YMCA.
School Age Care (SAC)
The YMCA offers care outside of class time for children in kindergarten through 6th grade in our local communities. Daily activities include group games, homework assistance, and free play. Each week also includes an arts/crafts activity or STEM project. Registration for the 2022/2023 school year is now open!
GREAT SUMMERS START HERE! YMCA summer camp is where kids go to make new friends, discover hidden talents, and have the most fun ever! We are so excited for another summer of adventure at Camp Wa-Kon-Tah, our beautiful Lake Springfield site, both Downtown and Kerasotes YMCA locations.
Adult Events & Programs
ANY GOLFER, AT ANY LEVEL, KNOWS THAT THERE'S ALWAYS ROOM TO IMPROVE THEIR PERFORMANCE. WHAT THEY MAY NOT REALIZE, HOWEVER, IS THAT THE BEST INVESTMENT IN IMPROVING THEIR GOLF GAME IS IN THEIR OWN PHYSICAL CONDITIONING. NO GOLF CLUB, GOLF BALL OR ITEM OF CLOTHING CAN ENHANCE YOUR ABILITY TO SWING A GOLF CLUB LIKE IMPROVEMENT IN MOBILITY AND FITNESS. A FEW SIMPLE CHANGES AND ADJUSTMENTS IN FORM, FLEXIBILITY AND STABILITY, IN ADDITION TO A VERY THOROUGH TPI (TITLEIST PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE) SCREENING AND ASSESSMENT CAN IMPACT YOUR GOLF GAME SIGNIFICANTLY.

90's GLOW Spin for Strong Kids - June 10

Donations Accepted at the Door
The YMCA’s Lose Big weight loss challenge has seen amazing results over the past ten years! Over 1,000 pounds were lost by Lose Big participants! Hundreds of individuals have successfully transformed their bodies creating a healthy lifestyle while having fun! Studies show you will push yourself harder and stay more motivated if you participate in a fitness program. Each participant will have a coach and will be put on a team to help hold them accountable. All fees are non-refundable.
Member - $130 Public - $300
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.
Member - $40 Public - $60
This area is a dedicated enhanced performance training space. It is used for our program “Studio 7”: HIIT classes, “Back to Basics” classes, functional training and restorative classes. It is specifically designed to bring something brand new to Springfield and help you reach your fitness goal.
Our personal trainers are priced for value! With more trainers on staff, you will find the one who is best for your fitness goals. We have a great group option so you and your friends may work together to achieve your goals. Progress means results, and seeing results helps motivate you to strive for your next level of fitness. Our trainers keep you motived to meet your goals!
