YMCA Adapted Physical Education staff members are dedicated to meeting the special needs of those persons with mental or physical disabilities. We offer opportunities for individuals, families or agencies to participate in programs, membership, facility rentals or collaborations. Financial assistance is available. Please inquire at the front desk.
The Gus and Flora Kerasotes YMCA was built with accessibility in mind. Locker rooms, pools and the health and wellness area are all accessible. A special feature is our zero-depth entry Hoogland warm water pool. No steps! Hoyer lifts located in both pools.

Aides are welcome to attend and participate in all programs with their client at no additional charge with the exception of bowling.
This is an open recreation opportunity. Individual exercise is a membership privilege or is available to non-members on the days/times listed below at the Downtown branch. This is an opportunity to use the walking track, stationary bikes, universal weights, or exercise area.
Tuesday & Thursday, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Wednesday, 7:15 – 8:00 p.m.
