Young Artists Workshop

The YMCA is launching a new program that nurtures the artistic development of our young art community. This workshop is for children and teens, ages 11-16, that are actively pursing their hobby and budding talents in the art world.
- Supplies provided include acrylic and oil based paints, various paint brushes and tools, canvas board and other materials for mixed media pieces.
- Local Artists visits to offer advice and positive feedback to participants.
- Public Exhibition hosted by the Springfield YMCA on 11/02/2019 at the end of the workshop. Participants are encouraged to have a minimum of 3 finished pieces for the exhibition.
When: Monday and Wednesday 6:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
