Flag Football encourages healthy competition, value of participating, team building and individual development.

Teams are open to ages 5-12 years old.

Parent volunteers are paramount to our success. Coaches will receive coaching drills, tips and a credit reimbursement for future use.

Games are played on Sundays and one practice during the week. All individual players registered before the deadline will receive a YMCA team t-shirt.

Players will need football cleats, athletic clothing, and a mouth guard is optional.

The YMCA OF SPRINGFIELD partners with Playerspace as a platform for league management, electronic communication, and to connect players, parents, coaches/captains and fans.  We are excited to offer the online software which is convenient & easy to use.
