The YMCA’s Lose Big weight loss challenge has seen amazing results over the past ten years! Over 1,000 pounds were lost and hundreds of individuals have successfully transformed their bodies while having fun! Each participant has a coach and is placed on a team to help hold them accountable.

The YMCA’s Journey Big is a brand new, five-week program that will keep you on track with the habits you formed during our Lose Big or any of our other health & wellness programs. Throughout Journey Big, we will continue your journey to a healthy lifestyle by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. Growth in each of these areas will cultivate long-term habits, resulting in a healthy and balanced life.

The MyzoneTM Belt enhances your workout by helping you maximize your fitness potential. This technology syncs with most Bluetooth devices and will project on a large screen during group exercise classes. The free Myzone app will give your history and details of your workouts, as well as provide Myzone Heart Rate Match workouts.
