The YMCA’s Journey Big is a brand new, five-week program that will keep you on track with the habits you formed during our Lose Big or any of our other health & wellness programs. Throughout Journey Big, we will continue your journey to a healthy lifestyle by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. Growth in each of these areas will cultivate long-term habits, resulting in a healthy and balanced life. Program starts March 29 and runs through April 30.
