Lacey is the YMCA Wellness Director. Lacey bases her training around functional movement and metabolic conditioning.  She focuses on free weight, TRX, body weight, Y-Perform, and Olympic lift training.  Her experience with strongman and Crossfit, along with injury prevention, is used to provide a challenging experience, with moves you can take outside the gym.  Lacey likes to focus on the types of exercise you already enjoy, and then builds on that.  Her greatest focus is on helping you move better, but to also realize that you are capable of more than you think.  When not at the gym, Lacey can be found shuttling her kids between dance, soccer, karate, and swim, or hanging out at home with her menagerie of animals.
