Pedaling for Parkinson’s

About the Program

Pedaling for Parkinson’s is an indoor stationary cycling program designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease (PD). Each session consists of a 10-minute warm up, a 40-minute main exercise set, and a 10-minute cool down.

This is an amazing program for individuals who are looking to improve gait, balance, speech, handwriting, and overall endurance. A study conducted by the Cleveland Clinic showed a 35% reduction in Parkinson’s symptoms by simply pedaling!
