Soccer
Pass, shoot, score! YMCA soccer helps kids learn the fundamentals of soccer as well as valuable life lessons. This program has age specific levels where players are taught basic game skills such as passing, receiving, shooting, footwork, and dribbling.
Basketball
Kids develop skills including dribbling, shooting, passing, and rebounding. Youth basketball at the Y combines team play and individual skills in a fun environment where they learn and develop.
Softball
YMCA softball teaches the fundamentals of softball to young girls with a passion for the game. Girls will learn how to throw, catch, and hit in a fun team atmosphere. Formats include T-Ball, Coach Pitch, and Player Pitch depending on age.
Volleyball
Volleyball is a great team sport for kids. It’s fun they’ll be able to play for many years. Let the Y teach your kids how to play or enhance their skills. Beginners and practiced players welcome.
Baseball
YMCA baseball is designed to teach young players the fundamentals of the game. Participants will learn how to throw, catch, and hit. This program includes T-Ball and Coach Pitch.
Karate & Tae Kwon Do
Karate is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes, and open hand techniques.
STRIDE
STRIDE is a fun fitness running program for boys in grades 3-5. Participants have the chance to share their thoughts and opinions about various life topics in a safe and encouraging environment that helps them develop character while building running endurance to compete in a 5k.
