7-Week Fitness Challenge for “Strong Kids”

Don’t let the holiday weight sneak up on you! We have a great plan to keep the weight off during the holidays. This plan will help you say “NO” to those holiday cravings and challenge you to maintain your weight within 3lbs for 7 weeks. If you can do this, you will have your name entered to win a voucher for 2017 Lose Big or personal training. However, each time you gain more than 3lbs, you must donate $5 to Strong Kids Scholarship Fund for children and families in need of our services and programs. During the 7 weeks, there will be weigh-in’s every Monday to help keep you accountable. You will also receive weekly emails that will include an exercise challenge for the week along with a healthy recipe. The first weigh-in will be at either branch location on Monday, Nov. 7 from 5AM-9:30PM. The final weigh in will be Dec. 19.
