Cultivate a New You is a course that will guide you into a path of wellness where you create positive changes inside and out. In this program you will strengthen your mind, body, and soul. As you grow in each of these areas, you will cultivate long term habits that will result in a balanced life.
PARTICIPANTS:
- Program is designed for those new to fitness
- Participants will receive a customized journal so they can plant their roots
- Expect support and accountability
- Workouts will be with Myzone heart rate monitor system
- This program is designed to build on self awareness
- All participants will be added to a facebook group for the duration of the program
