Balance is important throughout life in terms of reducing risk of injury. Better balance helps you maintain agility as you go about your everyday activities. The YMCA is proud to announce a new class, BALANCE. It focuses balance exercises and drills while incorporating strength, agility, and flexibility moves. This class is perfect for those recovering from leg injuries or surgeries, those with Parkinson’s or epilepsy, or seniors wanting help with fall prevention. This class is perfect for all ages.
This is a four series class and individuals can choose from Mondays at Downtown from 10:30-11:15 am or Kerasotes on Fridays from 10:15-11:00am. The cost is $60 for members and $80 for non-members.
